2015 Senior Bowl: Players begin accepting invitations

The 2015 Senior Bowl isn’t until January 24, 2015, but the list of participating seniors has already started to take shape as eleven players have already confirmed their attendance.

The highest-profile player of the group so far is Carl Davis, a potential day 2 defensive tackle from Iowa.   Shane Carden, the East Carolina senior signal caller, is likely a day 3 pick who can do a lot for his draft value with a good week of practice in Mobile.  The Northern Iowa running back,  David Johnson, is a physically big (6’2″, 229 lbs) prospect who will be an interesting guy to watch, as he’ll need a good showing to compete with some of the elite talent in his position group this year.

The following eleven players have committed to the 2015 Senior Bowl so far:

Adrian Amos, S, Penn St.
Shane Carden, QB, East Carolina

Joseph Cardona, LS, Navy
Carl Davis, DT, Iowa
Kurtis Drummand, S, Michigan St.

Geneo Grissom, DE, Oklahoma
Justin Hardy, WR, East Carolina
Mike Hull, OLB, Penn St.

David Johnson, RB, Northern Iowa
Nate Orchard, DE, Utah

Jaquiski Tartt, S, Samford
