FRG Scouting was founded in 2012 by its Director of College Scouting, Bryan J. Perez. Bryan has been scouting college football prospects for the NFL Draft for nearly 20 years. His experience includes holding the position of Director of Player Scouting for a boutique agency that represents aspiring professional football players. As a result of that position, Bryan has met with several NFL scouts and high-ranking personnel executives at pro days, private workouts, and the annual NFL Scouting Combine. Through those meetings, Bryan learned exactly what NFL teams value in a prospect, both on and off the field. He has refined his scouting abilities through continuing education combined with practice, practice and more practice. Most recently, Bryan was named the U.S. Northeast Region Scout for a CFL franchise.
Bryan has decided to take his passion for scouting and the NFL Draft to the next level. FRG Scouting has been developed in an effort to deliver quality scouting analysis of prospects eligible for the NFL Draft.
In 2014, Bryan won the annual and industry-recognized Mock Draft competition held by the good folks at www.TheHuddleReport.com. Bryan outscored analysts like Mel Kiper (ESPN), Todd McShay (ESPN) and Mike Mayock (NFL Network).
